Fundamentals: Sitting v Working in the Power

What is the Power, Why do we sit in the Power, How is working in the Power different to Sitting in the Power? These are some of the fundamentals of understanding the vital energy (the power) that is within us and how we cultivate it to strengthen our attunement to Spirit. These sessions will be a great refresh for those who attended the October foundation course and those who wish to learn more about ‘The Power’ generally.  It is the vital energy required to help us attune to the Spirit world.  This energy helps to create the right energetic space for Spirit and learning to sustain and work in ‘The Power’ is important for quality mediumship.
