I/we are booking a reading with Penny Hayward to inspire my/our own personal transformation, peace and or comfort. I/We take full and personal responsibility for my/our well-being and with respect for myself/ourselves gratefully accept control of my/our choices. My/Our heirs, guardians, legal representatives, and I/we hereby and forever release, waive, and discharge any claims against, Penny Hayward, and/or any of her associates or affiliates. I/We take full responsibility for all thoughts, actions and deeds during and after the reading including any information learned from Penny Hayward.

I/we have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its content. I am/We are aware that this is a waiver and release of potential liability and is a contract between the above noted parties and myself/us. I/We understand that this contract is binding and acknowledge that by continuing with the booking process and making any payment confirms my/our agreement and acknowledge I/we are continuing of my/our own free will.

Once the payment process is complete a confirmation of payment email will be sent to the email you provide, please ensure you enter your email correctly. Within the confirmation will be a link to contact Penny Hayward in order to arrange a mutually agreeable time to schedule the reading. Readings can take place via phone/ WhatsApp/ Zoom/ Skype/ or occasionally in person dependant on social distancing guidelines. On occasion Penny Hayward may contact you on the email you provide to make arrangements. Please also check your junk mail.
