Explore personal wellbeing and unlock your potential. We can sometimes feel like we are not fully in touch with who we really are and the world around us. Through art and creativity, we can explore these deeper emotions and energetics within ourselves. Recognise the energy of others, release patterns from the past and raise our awareness to access the limitless flow of energy within the present moment.

Learn more about yourself through unlocking your creativity. This workshop will take you on a journey through energy management, natural connection, and self-healing.

Please note: Art supplies and handouts will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own pastels, coloured pencils, and sketch pads. You don’t need to be a qualified healer to benefit from this weekend.
